Cancellation deadline取消与退款期限
Cancellation and refund requests must reach us at least 3 days (72 hours) before the event starts. Requests received less than 72 hours before the event, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.取消及退款申请须于活动开始前至少3天（72小时）提出。少于72小时的申请及未出席者不予退款。
Refund processing退款处理
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to processing time.获批准的退款将按原付款方式退回，到账时间视处理进度而定。
Event cancellation and payment errors活动取消与付款错误
If we cancel the event, guests are eligible for a refund. Duplicate charges and payment errors will be corrected after verification.如主办方取消活动，宾客可获退款。重复扣款及付款错误经核实后将予以处理。
